FENOCAN provides its customers with efficient and discrete shipping methods.

Our seeds may be sent out from our headquarter in Switzerland or our logistics warehouse in Spain.
It is crucial to provide us with a valid and accurate delivery information (full name and address), otherwise we cannot guarantee that the ordered goods will be delivered successfully.
We ship our products to many countries around the world. Before ordering, please confirm your country is included in the list of “Shipping countries” below.
We only deliver to private addresses – P.O. boxes, parcel pick-up stations, relay points and general public places will not be accepted or can be refused as a valid delivery address.
Your track and trace information will be sent to your registered email address once the order has been shipped – check your spam folder.
Usually there are no tracking updates until the parcel has reached the destination country, sometimes this process can take up to 10 business days.
Deliveries may need to be signed for. In this case, your courier will deliver your order at your delivery address and will leave a note if you are absent. Note that in some specific cases, the courier may deliver the order in your letter box in order to speed up the delivery process.
It is not possible to arrange a specific time or date for a first delivery attempt. The courier will not ring your phone number to check whether you are at home.
Our local shipping partner in Switzerland or Spain will ship the order to your country, the final delivery will be managed by your country-specific local courier.
Shipping times and costs might change depending on the country of destination; the information will be displayed before completing your purchase, at the checkout screen.
